Texas America Safety Company can imprint your vests quickly and at a low cost. Custom Safety Vest Logo orders can now be ordered online as well. In order to start a safety vest logo order, we need several pieces of information and a camera ready logo emailed to us.
We have a simple 5 step process outlined below to speed up the order process.
To begin, the HT3OS vests are a solid fabric garment and use a Silk Screen printing method.

Sizes Sm-XXL typically in stock.
Larger sizes and large orders of safety vests require a 1-2 week manufacturing time.
Once you have added them to the shopping cart and have entered your UPS zip code and shipping method, simply close the shopping cart window and proceed to the following step two.

Step 2.

Is this a one color or a multi color logo? How many vests are we printing?
For 1 color prints go to Field A.
For multi color prints, go to Field B.
Note:
You can add more than 1 print per vest. Just add the set up cost and then the number of prints for each location one at a time to the shopping cart.

Step 3.

Email a copy of the logo to logo@tasco-safety.com.
Please send the highest resolution image possible in a vectored .pdf, .eps, or .ai file. We can also accept high quality .jpeg, .bmp, or .tif files if the image is clear enough.
Note:
Low quality images can take extra time and possible additional artwork costs.

Step 4.

Complete the order and check out online.
For example, if you are imprinting 50 (1) color vests, the shopping cart should look like this:

Step 5.
|
A proof of the vest will be emailed to the address from the online order.
Once approved, we will process the credit card and begin production of your new custom safety vests.

That's it. Generally, we should have the proof back within a business day or two. So, be sure to watch for the proof in the email address listed on the order.
