- T.A.S.C.O. will quickly replace, refund, or exchange any products with poor quality or workmanship (Not including normal wear and tear of the item after usage)
- T.A.S.C.O. will quickly replace, refund, or exchange any unused product that does not meet your expectations up to 30 days after the purchase.
- T.A.S.C.O. will give a 100% credit for the cost of your return products (Does not include shipping costs). If it's our mistake your shipping costs will also be refunded.

T.A.S.C.O. will quickly provide exchanges free of shipping and pay for the return postage for the following reasons:
- Incorrect product was shipped.
- Product was defective and un-usable.
- Product was damaged and un-usable from transit.
Note 1: You would not be charged to return products back or charged to have the products re-shipped to you.
Note 2: We will enter the return labels at our costs; however, the items need be set aside for UPS pickup or dropped off at the post office (whichever is most convenient). |

Return Procedures: |
- If you need to return or replace an item, the first step is to apply for a return/exchange authorization below:
- Once the form has been submitted we will send you back a return authorization within next 1-2 days.
- Simply print out the e-mail we return and/or enclose all the return information inside the package. Then send the products to the address below (if applicable).

For your protection, be sure to use a shipping method that has a tracking number. That's it. We will make the adjustment or exchange and then send the confirmation to your e-mail address. Generally refunds and exchanges are made within 3-4 business days. We want to make sure all of your orders meet your satisfaction. If there is a problem, please just let us know.
