The sticker is okay it's not the greatest but it's not the worst I purchased the red skull and crossbone reflective sticker to add to a carbon fiber hard hat it doesn't stick too well but that could be because the carbon fiber hard hat is textured it has you no ridges and grooves it's not a flat smooth surface the sticker is smaller than expected it looks much larger in the picture but that is because they have it it here to A Small Bump cap or baseball cap style hard hat not a large wide Brim hard hat.

Needed an oversized hat. Coloring was limited and I chose black. Reflective decal helps night time visibility
