This version of the Composite Material Hard Hat comes with a Full Brim Hydro Dipped Composite Material Design not available from the factory. Each shell is hand made giving them a one of a kind appearance. This is a top of the line hard hat weighing in at only 17 ounces.

The full brim hat Meets ANSI Class C ANSI regulations for a Type 1 hard hat. In addition each hard hat comes with a rim grip on the left and right hand side where a person would normally grab the hard hat. This helps to both keep the hard hat surface clean, but also to add extra grip for the hard hat. Each Dax fiberglass hat comes with a 4 point ratchet suspension and should fit head sizes 7.0 to 8.0. The suspension comes with a soft padded top to offer additional cushioning for the head. Finally the full brim design is wider on the sides and back to offer protection from the outside elements. This is truly an impressive hard hat.

The design covers the entire outside of the hard hat and will not fade or easily scratch. We are carrying all patterns in stock and can generally produce the hats in 1-2 days; however, there may be an additional 2-4 day lead time in case of back orders or larger orders.
