On this page, you'll find some more of our Edmont Sol-Vex® nitrile gloves. They have a thickness of 22 Mil, so they work well for heavy-duty applications. These are the thickest Ansell Edmont ®gloves that we carry and can be used for applications that require heavy-duty chemical resistance.

They're unlined and have a length of 18 inches. The longer length provides better coverage for your upper arms. When compared with latex, nitrile material has several advantages to offer. These gloves will protect your hands against abrasions, punctures, snags and cuts.

The gloves have been case hardened for better abrasion and chemical resistance. An embossed finish makes wet handling easier, and we recommend using this hand protection for the fishing and food processing industries. To reduce the occurrence of fatigue, each glove has a contoured palm and curved finger design.

You'll find that these gloves are useful for a wide range of applications, and they're even accepted by the USDA for food handling. Disposable nitrile gloves are known for their exceptional chemical resistance, and they also have a lower resistance to friction. Since they don't produce as much friction, they can be put on or removed easily.
