ERB Cap Style Soft Bump Cap

The ERB soft caps are available in six different colors. These are our caps only, so you’ll have to purchase the low-profile inserts separately. ERB soft caps are designed to fit most adults, and they’re appropriate for environments that require very little protection.

Since these aren’t ANSI hard hats, you shouldn’t expect to get sufficient impact protection from them. They’re not designed to protect your head from top impacts, and due to the minimal level of protection, you’ll see many car mechanics wearing these hats. However, the ERB soft caps are great products for anyone who needs a bit more head protection than what they were born with.

Every cap has sewn eyelets and features a 6-panel design. With a hook-and-look back, you’ll find that these hats fit exceptionally well. It’s important to realize that these are only the ERB caps. If you want the protective inserts, you’ll need to purchase them separately. For optimal comfort, every cap is made of 100 percent cotton.

There are no replaceable parts, so you don’t have to replace anything. With a standard 6-panel ball cap design, these soft caps look good and stay on your head. Every cap is sold in a one-size-fits-most design, so you don’t have to worry about proper sizing. The ERB soft caps should never be used as sport safety helmets because they don’t meet ANSI or OSHA requirements.
