The MSA cap style large jumbo hard hats come with a FAS-TRAC® suspension, so they’re easy to adjust for a great fit. Since they’re made with a jumbo size, these hats have been created for larger heads. These are some of the most popular hard hats for manufacturing and construction work.

They offer a comfortable fit and can be worn for long shifts. For many individuals, our standard hats fit too tightly. Our jumbo hats correct this problem and protect individuals who can’t fit into a smaller size. Since these are Type 1 hard hats, they meet ANSI Class C, G and E standards.

They’re made in the United States, so you can feel good about your purchase and support the economy. A balanced rigid shell keeps these hard hats comfortable all day, and they have dielectric properties for better protection against electrocution.

With built-in accessory slots, the MSA cap style jumbo hard hats can be used with the important accessories that you need to get the job done. All aspects of these helmets are designed in a larger size, so they’re perfect for larger individuals. The specific products on this page come with a FAS-TRAC® suspension, but our other MSA hard hats can be purchased with different suspensions.

    Great hard hats for the big lads

    We have some larger than life guys within the company, there wasn't a product available in New Zealand that would suit. The Jumbo Hard Hats that you provide are perfect and meet the NZ safety standards. So... very happy.

    I thought I would have a hard time finding a hard hat that would fit my gigantic head, without making me look like Oliver Hardy. This hard hat fit great despite the fact that I have small planets orbiting my head, I highly recommend it, and will purchase more in the future as they get lost, or damaged.

    My husband has a difficult time finding hats that fit his head for work. This one works great and even has a tad bit wiggle room. So happy you had an 8.5 hard hat adjustment. Just wish you had more colors. Thank You!!!
