The Radians® custom molded ear plugs are colored blue, so they're highly visible. Since these are custom earplugs, they're much different than our typical plugs. They're available as a DIY kit, and the plugs can be molded in as little as 10 minutes. There are countless everyday uses for these custom plugs.

Some common uses for Radian® custom ear plugs are flying, swimming, auto racing, assembly lines and construction. If you're in the market for custom ear plugs, you won't find too many other products that have more to offer than these plugs.

Once you receive the plugs, it takes only four easy steps to get your custom plugs. First, you'll need to open the containers and make sure to separate the white and colored materials. You'll need to mix a colored half with a white half and continue the mixing process until you get a single consistent color. Next, the material must be pressed into one ear.

The best way to do this is to press against the center of the silicone and let it sit inside of the ear for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, you can remove the plug and repeat the process for the other ear. The Radians custom earplugs deliver a permanent fit, and the molding process doesn't make a mess. The hypo-allergenic silicone is safe and doesn't contain toxic materials.
In just four easy steps.
  • Open the containers and separate the colored and white materials into halves, keeping separated.
  • Mix one of the colored halves with one of the white halves. Mix until both halves are one consistent color.
  • Gently press material into one ear by pushing in the center of the silicone. Let it sit in your ear for 10 minutes, then remove the plug.
  • Repeat steps for second earplug.
